Shipping & Delivery

At Oushak Rugs, we always strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility.


If you select ground shipping when you complete your order, you will receive a tracking number once your item ships. If you prefer the pick-up option from our location(s), you will be notified by email when it's ready to pick up. Generally, it takes two business days. 

For trade professionals (retail stores or interior designers) with trade accounts, we will ask you to provide us with your UPS account number. You will be charged based on your delivery area and the weight of the rug(s). We will charge your account after shipping your order, except for deposits for special orders. Items will be shipped via UPS.
